One enormous open plan living area on ground floor: dining table seats 12; well equipped kitchen area with washing machine, fridge freezer, electric oven and gas hobs; relaxed seating area including a double sofa bed; large modern wood burning stove; games, CD player, French TV and DVD player; downstairs loo and shower room. There is a smoke alarm and fire blanket for your safety.

Bathroom (with bath), separate loo and two bedrooms on the first floor, one double, one twin bedded room: both open onto a sunny balcony which leads into a covered terrace which is a games room with indoor table tennis table and toys for toddlers.

There is an attic room with a double bed and one single bed (curtain in between). This space has a fixed ladder access from the first floor twin bedded room but the attic space does have areduced head height. The ladder and attic space need to be used with caution and for children at the discretion of parents.

THE VILLAGE IS QUIET, HAVING NO THROUGH TRAFFIC, EXCEPT FOR VERY OCCASIONAL LOGGING LORRIES.
